A great night of Country Karaoke, Line Dancing and Sarcastic Swine Barbecue! All money raised went to A Bed for Every Child in our April 23rd Fundraiser! Thanks to DJ Kevin Cotter, and Line Dance Instructors Katelyn and Erik Burns for a boot stompin’, dust kickin’ evening!

John Vitale volunteered to keep the Irish eyes smiling as the featured Leprechaun in the annual Scituate St Patrick’s Day Parade. John routinely jumps at the chance to interact with the community and spread joy around the South Shore.

V&C Fundraising’s latest event was held on 1/14/23, from 7-11pm, at the American Legion Hall in Hanover. All proceeds went toward our main Bed Build event in May. We had a huge turn out and the night was an all-around success!

The V&C Fundraising team set up a haunted canopy and handed out candy to greet the children of Hanover at the annual Trunk or Treat fundraiser to benefit young cheerleaders.

John Vitale volunteered to listen to the dreams of little children at the Jack Conway Scituate First Friday Night - a fundraiser for the South Shore Health/Dana Farber Boston Marathon team.

V &C Fundraising’s first event, “Bullseyes for Beds”, was held at Crazy Axes in Hanover. Through tremendous support from the community, we raffles off 26 items, and got halfway to our goal of $3500.00. More axe throwing events coming this year!

Andrea Clifford is a volunteer tutor and mentor for the Schools on Wheels, Massachusetts, Bridge Program, which provides educational support to students facing homelessness.

This event has been a year in the making! V&C Fundraising has been working all year to raise the funds to build 10 beds for Massachusetts children in need. The beds are built on site, then immediately delivered to waiting children who need them. Interested in forming a bed building team? Contact John or Andrea to sign up. Space is limited.

Andrea has been a “Lasagna Mama” with Lasagna Love since its inception. She regularly bakes lasagnas and other custom dishes for local families who are experiencing food insecurity and sign up with the program, then drops them to their door.
